Goplapur is a small beach and a port near Berhampur, Orissa, India. The small and uncrowded beach has an old but functional lighthouse. It may be among a few ones where you can buy a ticket and climb all the way to the top on the small dingy spiral staircase. This video a 360 view from it's top. You can catch a glimpse of the sea on one side, the revolving lamp behind me and some nearby buildings (mostly hotels- both existing and upcoming- so much for the "uncrowded") How to reach there: Bhubaneswa-200km--Berhampur-10km-Gopalpur-500m-LIghhouse. Best time would be in evening at dusk. Ticket is nominal. They make you take off your shoes before entering, which is rather weird, but then the view is too good to miss! I chose not to edit the video for it's original breezy sound and amateur feel. Video made on a Galaxy Note. Year 2012.
